My Ex-employer is asking for notice period recovery amount.

I left the organization on June 2022 by serving 1 month notice out of 3 months(total notice period)

I requested an early release on health grounds which they agreed to subject to payment of training bond amount Rs. 1Lakh.

After 91 days of leaving when I reached out for my F&F they served me with recovery amount stating that they had mentioned it verbally and on chat. Now they have held my 1 month salary (1month notice period that I served) and now asking for more.

Multiple to and fro on mail has only resulted in stalemate.

PFA my early release mail + Recovery amount doc. + current ongoing mail communication + company SS of agreement.

Request your kind help as I am still not well and dire need of help.

When I joined the organization, My contract stated 2 months of notice. They have levied 3months notice by force somewhere between mid-2021 to mid 2022 on all employees and all levels .
