Dear Sir, We are in manufacturing auto parts.my query is that under Haryana factory act. We have factory license of 400 employees and we have canteen facility.it is mandatory for us to provide rest room also if canteen facility is available.

Check Haryana factories rules online or in book on rest room & canteen. It will be very unlikely that both have to be followed simultaneously.
