Hi Sir, One of my friends worked for one month and suddenly they sent a termination letter, that unsatisfactory work - did not even give a notice period or one month's salary, in the offer letter its mentions that if management is not satisfied with your work will be terminated immediately without notice period.
Please help me.

Hi Basically unilateral terms in appointment order are not legally valid. Advise your friend to check with HR and make a request for salary.

Thank You sir, but she can demand for one month notice period or extra 15 days or 1 month salary

Hi

Can request for one month notice pay. She too signed and accepted for separation without notice in case of unsatisfactory performance.. Just ask her to check for one month pay if they deny ask her to inform that she will be forced to approach Labour office. Based on response can decide.
