I have some doubts regarding Gratuity Act 1972.
1) Is Gratuity included in CTC or not?
2) Current Gratuity ceiling amount is 3.5 or 10 Lacs?
3) Gratuity Formula is (monthly wages*15 Days*no of year services/26). Can anybody give explanation regarding 15 Days in Calculation of Gratuity?
4) If ceiling amount exceeds in the payment of Gratuity what is to be done in that case?
5) Are Brother/Sister/Grand Parents consider in Nominees?
