If you r going just for some kind of HR knowledge then it is ok ,not good but if you think they will provide you any Job or Job assistance then u r landing a wrong place [all that 100% job placement are just to attract people] .
After your training they will never even like to see u.

I would suggest you NOT to do the training in Ajax Management. The training that they give is useless. You can get those learnings from books. They don't help you with placements or even assist you in getting a job. As Ritika rightly told after the training they will never like to see you.
IT IS JUST WASTE OF MONEY...... PLS DON"T INVEST YOUR MONEY THERE.

I have also heard a bad things about ajax, I don't know about Ripples, Don't dream of getting a Job for free. But like i have been recommending to others also you would not have heard of "Black and White Business Solutions" They do recruitments from so many years. They also teach HR. They don't advertise. I got to know from my friend. The environment itself is very nice. They don't take many peoples. They are not money minded also.
I attended 2 months back. They gave proper certificate also. Training was very Nice. I learn a Lot, CORE HR, Generalist, Recruitment, Payroll, everything they taught me. I had no regrets of joining there. Every class is taken by a different person, An expert in that field. That's the BEST part. Makes it Very helpful, because they only can teach better.
