Till now i.e. 07/09/2012 no amendment has been made in ESIC Act. Till now if somebodys gross Salary is Rs 15,000 per Month than he/she comes under ESIC. if somebody Gross Salary is Rs 15,001 than he/she does not comes under ESIC.
I hope the confusion must be clear now. If government amends ESIC Gross Salary Limit than ESIC Department will send circular to all the industries covered by it.It will also come in NEWSPAPER also.
