I am working for a company involved in Revenue Cycle Management - Account Receivables, Account Payables, Billing and Coding - faced with high attrition. Can anybody help me with attrition control measures with regard Revenue Cycle Management.

Dear Mazhar,
Attrition is a common problem across the industries and there could be company specific reasons and need not be specific to the industry that deals with "Revenue Cycle Management." Earlier, I have given exhaustive reply about attrition analysis. Check the following link to refer it:

I recommend you doing analysis of the attrition and preparing action plan. Upload the action plan on this forum and some senior like me could suggest corrections.
