iam currently working as an US IT recruiter bu i have some opportunity to switch in to domestic recruitment.
but at this point i am confused which will i preffer.
1 Us it recruitment--Night shift :(
2. Domestic recruitment - day shift but compromise with salary

Well, here the important thing to consider is your priority , would you compromise with salary for working in normal shift and would you enjoy working in day shift. or Moany or salary is on the top priority for you and you can compromise on other factors if you get some higher package.
So, think carefully, consider al the points and then take decision.
