But what to cover is the option to be chosen by the Employer and every verification is cost involved.
1. Personal Details verification like Date of Birth, Place of birth, Native, Address Verification, Details of Parents and Family, Temporary address and permanent address etc
2. Educational Summary : Check on School Education, College Education, Technical Education Verification from Institutes/ Universities etc
3. Employment Summary: Verification from first employment to last but one employment generally and covering date of joining / leaving/ Performance Rating / Designations etc
4. Compensation Summary: Verification on CTC on specified jobs - whether the CTC details mentioned by the Talent is correct or otherwise etc
5. Criminal Cases Verification : Verification on any criminal cases pending against the prospective employee pending in the police stations / courts where the employee lives or any time undergone any punishment by any court of law etc
6. Any critical factors of the CV which needs verification by the employer
These are some of the general factors that are verified by expert BVG companies and will give an exhaustive report with due annexures of the documents of verification and a summary
Overall summary will be given one page which will highlight any major discrepancy and key negative points and also will categorize the report into RED, AMBER, GREEN, wherein Green is a good report in general
