Hi, good day. My company is planning to launch a 'Mentoring Programme'. I'm looking for any samples of a Mentoring Programme exit survey that I can refer to. I would appreciate it if you could share any useful samples that can guide me.

Hi,
Who is going to conduct the Mentor Programme/training? If you are hiring the services of an external trainer, please seek the help of the external trainer itself for training feedback. As a trainer, he/she will be the only one able to evaluate it correctly.

Dear Zie,
The mentoring program and exit interview are two separate activities. It is unclear why these are being clubbed together.
For the last several years, I have been conducting a training program on "Formal Mentoring." I have read several books on mentoring; however, I have not come across the concept of "Group Mentoring." Therefore, I would appreciate it if you could clarify the concept further. Mentoring works best when a junior or newly joined employee is assigned to a senior. They meet at regular intervals, and the mentor guides the mentee on what skills they need to develop. I have been providing responses on the subject of mentoring for years.
