I have applied for EPF & EPS transfer (4.9 years exp). EPF has been transferred in to new account. But, my EPS is not transferred. Where is my EPS amount? Please suggest me what to do?

Have you submitted form for EPs transfer, if yes then discuss with your HR team. Many times these kind of issues arise and will be rectified by the EPFO on request of your employer on behalf of you.

If EPF amount is transferred, EPS also will be transferred by default.
You can visibly see the amount transferred in the EPF, but in case of EPS, the no. of years of service like 4.9 years and the last drawn salary details will be transferred to the new epf account. It is the practice in the EPFO.
If you need the proof of it, you can put a RTI request at the regional EPFO, they will provide all the documents related to your transfer with in 15 to 30 days.
