The mandatory Public Holidays in India as follow
1. Republic Day - January 26th
2. May Day - May 1st
3. Independance Day - August 15th
4. Gandhi Jayanthi - October 2nd
if you wish then you can give Additionally 5 days so totally 9 Days.
