Hiiiiiii all am MBA student (HR)am planning to do a proj in my final year i just wanted to know the difference between quality of work life and work life balance and can i club both the topics and do a proj are both topics diff r same......... if i club both will the questionnairs will be same r different............i am in need of questionnairs and am totally confused plz help me out in completing my proj............i need ur advice suggestions and help plz do reply me on

its because u get confused only by similar looking words, i.e. 'Semantic Error'. See 'Quality of work life' refers to how are the working conditions i.e. it can be temp.,humidity, or any otjer environmental factor,or it can be work culture, amenities or facilities you have you can say the factors that directly affect your work. Say if your output is Y & like above there are certain factors like {a,b,c,d,e} on which your output is dependent so these factors will decide quality of work life.
on the other hand 'Work life balance' means is your work life affecting your personal life means is because of your working life, you dont have time to spent with your family, to eat normally or say you are not living your life usually because of work life is work life balance. Factors can be many which can improve or degrade your work life balance.
you can take project like " How Quality of Work Life Affect Work Life Balance " & design quesionnaire for that. You can get more clarification in in HRM Book.
