As already mentioned in my earlier posts, I work with a trading company and am a trainer as well as training coordinator in my organization. Now I have been given the task of preparing KRAs and KPIs and also the incentive plan based on it.. Kindly guide me as to how do I go about.. Do we have incentive plan for departments other than sales and HR? If yes then on what basis?
