Dear team, Please help me for bonus payment, if any employee have gross salary is Rs. 28000 and Basic salary is Rs. 11200, then is he eligible for bonus as per government bonus celling from 10,000 to 21,000.

As per payment of bonus act 1965, every employees are eligible for bonus and if he or she worked minimum 30 days during calendar year. Bonus is always calculate on basic and maximum basic limit is Rs 21000, so upto basic limit rs 21000/- . any employee is eligible for bonus.
