Respected sir, I completed my ESIC and epfo registration as per PAN which is based on my name but my trade name is glory enterprise which name is not mentioned in ESIC and EPFO registered details. I received the code allotment letter as per my name. So can I use this registration for my new tenders on behalf of glory enterprise?

You can use the trade name, provided you have registered yourself in the Shop & Establishment Act. Using that registration you can get both PF & ESI Registrations changed. In the new enquiries you can certify both to be the same, provided Glory Enterprise is a proprietory concern.
