Frankly you need to share more information about your corporate if you need to get any meaningful input from the contributors at Citehr. It is essential you at least share the following
- are you an IT or non IT company ( specify the sector)
- what is the total employee strength and if possible the strength at each location
- if possible share the ratio of male to female employees and average age of employees
- what is the frequency of the engagement you seek to have e.g. weekly / twice a week etc
