I'm working in a automobile dealership company as a HR, here i claimed Form 19' of one an employee (from his previous company ) but when I tried to claim for Form 10 C(EPS) then a message shown "EPS date of Exit not available".
Kindly educate, what's the reason behind this message. And how can we put date of exit in EPS for complete pension amount withdrawal.

Please log in to respective EPF Member Portal & enter Date of Exit.You may find the Status in Member Portal.It appears the member is in your Employment.You shouls have applied for Transfer to his Present member ID

Dear sir,madam, I worked in a company Salvation security service private Limited 2 years.I am withdrawal epf 19form online but when I online claim for Form10c I get a massage on my screen EPS date of joining or Date of leaving EPS is not available.kindly educate , what's the behind this massage.and how can we put date of exit in EPS for complete pension money withdrawal.Hope to hear form you soon.

When an employee leaves one company and join the other,The previous employer is supposed to exit the employee from eps and epf and appro e transfer of claim to new or present company.
