Herewith i have attached CTC structure under review in my company.
i want to clarify on :
A. what is permissible limit of City Compensatory allowance.
right now i am using it as Balancing figure.
B. Whether PF Applicable on City compensatory allowance.
C. PL is part of CTC ? valid or not
please give some suggestion to make it more lucrative from employee,company and income tax point of view.....

B. CCA is not considered for PF contribution. C. PL is not part of CTC in many organisations. But no guidelines are avl to arrive the CTC. It varies from company to company. Pon

You can increase the HRA upto 40% of basic in case of Non-metros or 50% for metros so that I.T.exemption can be claimed.
Medical can be increased to Rs.1250/- p.m as it is tax free subject to the production of bills.
Similarly LTA can be increased. try to reduce spl. allowance as it is fully taxable.
