I worked in reputed IT service-based company as third party pay roll , recently I choose buyout option to get immediate releive. So while sending the mail I checked with my parent company and got oral confirmation but now its been more than a week but still they are not giving resignation acceptance through mail.every day they are ending up with different reasons.
legally, is there any way to get acceptance immediately?
What and all I can do ?
