i am MBA (HR) holder but i have no experience in HR i have 3 year exp. in Sales coordinator but i want to make my carrier in HR plz. suggest me what should i do.

i dont think it should be a problem, you just need to be Patient and perseverance will help you achieve your Career goal.
read the articles on the latest development in HR ( as you have 3 yrs gap ) from your MBA. it more of a will that is required to set your career right..
prepare yourself well, and attend your interviews with confidence i am sure you will get into HR field.
few tips to get you into HR field (considering your gap)
- Donot look at package when choosing a job
- Donot look for big brands alone.
- Be open and flexible with job timings and responsibilities.
- Be positive
- Think & work smart
- Look for opportunities to learn.

Since you on this forum I assume you are asking us with regards to MBA options.
There are many option you can look into.
(1) If you want to remain in IT industry, MBA degree with IT specialization would help you. You can also go for project managemet.
(2) If you want to change field, respective option can be chosen.

The very first thing is you need to enhance your knowledge about HR and their functions along with the new development and corporate strategies. coolheadtamil has suggested the same and I agree with him/her.
First thing is that you need to start your study immediately and can start with the basic HR interview which can be asked in a interview and this will give you a confidence. This will also bring you the direction how can you proceed further.

Hi,
I am working in a company as Branch manager.
one of junior had come to branch on deputation from H.O. on deputation.
He worked with me in my branch for 3 months as an Accountant.
He was getting salary of Rs. 7000/- per month.
Now his salary is fixed Rs.10000/- per month
But he suppose to get Rs.3000/- extra on addition to his previous salary as an arear for last two months.
i-e he should get total 6000/- arrear to his current salary
After discussion with the Director of H.O. he requested me to write a letter to him regarding this arrear.
So can any one please suggest me that what should i write in a letter to the Director of H.O.
Please help me on this regard guys.
