There is no facility like mediclaim of private company's, first you operate anywhere later on you file a claim and get reimbursement. He would have to approach any ESIC hospital within 24 hours from his accident time. If ESIC officials allow you to take critical treatment from any private hospital with their consent letter, only in that case you are eligible to have ESIC benefits at no extra cost. Still visit ESIC hospital and bifurgate you case, it is depend upon his fate if any condition to fulfill your calim settlement.
