hai ajith
its a good an great though
first fill the Proforma for Coverage form (Form 1)
go with this link http://epfindia.com <link fixed>
along with this application you need to provide
-First invoice copy of ur company
-shops & establishment act Registration Num
-and all other details asked in the application
and also go through with Epfo (Govt. of India) site
this will help u
and also u apply ESI act coverage (wage should be below 10000 for disable 25000) in your company because entire Medical care will be taken care by them it's good support for employer with the respect of employee health. for this. you can manage your pay sheet wisely for ESI coverage

3) Registration of your establishment.

Dear Ajith,
Wish you happy New year.
It is really a great thought. Minimum 20 Employee is required to get the PF coverage.
However in your case your Employer submitt an undertaking stating that though there are
only 15 members at present but another 5 members are exempted as their Basic Pay is more
than 10000/- hence they are not covered.
Secondly submitt all the necessary documents as mentioned by Bt-Gujrat to EPFO to get it registed
So that the Unit will get registered.
Please let me know if you need any further information.
Warm regards,
