well i have been studying HR branding for last couple of weeks i have very good material about this and now i m going to make final project, but problem is that i m quite confuse how to start and what contents i should use.
can anyone please tell me what are the contents i should use .. any rough idea, any table of contents ....?

I am also doin a summer project on Hr Branding Can ne body tell me how to go about it i have decided to take a survey of employees about their attitude towards HR Dept but then what shud i do further

You need to do a literature survey and form your aim and objectives for the research (in consultation with the host organisation). You also need a conceptual framework for that. Form your hypotheses to test.
If you have not done any of the above essential preparation for conducting a project, I would advise you to please do so and then pose a precise question.

Thankyou for your Prompt response....As i have decided the Topic is HR Branding....but is employer branding and HR Branding One and da same thing becos the questionnire that i am told to form is based on how effective is HR in the organisation or how approachable is HR as dept ,if it is same then whole purpose of my questionnaire is baseless

Did you access my ppt presentation and study that? I have also posted sample MBA project of my students. Kindly take a look at them and clearly define your aim and objectives (at least 3) and then think about the questionnaire.
Did you study the link I posted above, for "HR as a Product: ...."? I have found that quite good for generating ideas.
Also, please see some questionnaires on the web and see how they are designed.
