Hello Rajesh, your post is not clear. You wish to do MBA-HR non attending.... Can you be clear what does this mean? You wish to do part time MBA or distance learning is that what you mean?

Rajesh,
what is the job role you are currently handling?
I understood that your designation is of an engineer and into construction company but can you give details of the job role and your responsibility?
How long have you been into this role?
Secondly, why do want to do MBA into HR? It is very necessary to understand this.
If you wish to do MBA - HR because your friends / family / colleagues advised you to do so, drop the plan.
If you think it is a very lucrative job wherein you have to sit in the office for 8 hours and do nothing, drop the plan.
If you have a concrete reason justifying your intention to do MBA in HR, please share.
Please understand that HR is a very serious role (unlike it being perceived as a very cold role)
Are you aware of the roles and duties of HR and do you think you sync with the same?

Hi Rajesh,
As Ankita has rightly put it you need to explain your rationale.
I wish to continue the point raised by Ankita.
To say it all in the lighter vein, CONCRETE REASON will lead you to DOORS of HR.
Otherwise continuing with CONCRETING and DOORS of Civil Construction, will be the better option !!!
