I am working in HR from last 8 years and last 5 years in same company. I want to know the latest trends and new courses offered which will boost new learning and help in career development. I am thinking about Six Sigma Green Belt training or short Executive course in IIM. Please provide your valuable inputs on these courses. Also please mention any new course/learning in HR which I am not aware and will be helpful in HR career.
