Myself, Sinto Jose Manjila working as HR manager in a reputed hospital in Kerala,Thrissur,kerala. Our hospital is registered under Kerala shops and establishment Act 1960. My major concern is about the PREVILEGE LEAVE (PL)/EARNED LEAVE for a new joiner in an organisation.
For example : If an employee X joins in a company on 01-01-2017,how many previlege Leave will be there for him at the end of the year.
