I was working with Construction PVt. Ltd. Company as Mechanic my details as bellows....
Joining Date: 11th May 2004
Resign Date: 31st July 2017
Salary Details for the Month of June 2017. :
Earnings: Deductions
1) Basic = 8,000/- 1) PF = 960/-
2) Conveyence = 1,600/- 2) PT = 200/-
3) Medical Allowance = 15,000/-
4) H.R.A = 2,880/-
5) Other Allowance = 532/-
6) Children A = 200/-
7) Uniform Allowance = 288/-
Total = 28,500/- Total = 1,160/-
Kindly suggest me for gratuity calculation. and what will be claimed amount for gratuity.

Calculation of gratuity
Formula.. BASIC SALARY + D.A *15/26* NO OF YEAR SERVICE ( 6 month consider as a full year)
now ur basic is 8000 and your service duration is 13 year 2 month and 20 days , so this is only your only 3 month so we will skip it.. we will only consider 13 years for gratuity payment
8000*15/26= 4615.38*13= 60,000 will be payable you by employer
