26 are Monthly days (Excluding Sunday). 15 Days are payable days as per Gratuity act. i.e. 15 days payment of last Gross (Gross= Basic + DA only.)

I had worked for 4 years, 11 months, and 13 days with a limited company.
1) Am I eligible for gratuity?
2) I resigned in October '15, but I didn't receive my gratuity amount. What do I need to do to claim my gratuity?
3) My last BASIC was 9430/- with DA-0.00/.
4) If I am eligible for gratuity, how much will I receive with interest from October 25th, 2015, until the present date? Please provide the interest amount separately if possible.
