Hi,
I need an excellent looking Experience Certificate format.
One of our employees is leaving my company to join a foreign company, and we want to give him a nice experience certificate. The certificate should contain the designation, tenure with date of joining and date of leaving, description of work habits, overall impression of the employee, best wishes and so on.
I’m new to this HR forum and look forward to some nice samples of experience certificates.
Thanks,
Payal

Hello,
I remember having confronted the same issue with Experience letter back when I was a fresher.
Here is an Experience Certificate format we follow here:

Experience Letter
(On the company letter head)
Date:
TO WHOMSOEVER IT MAY CONCERN
This is to certify that ______Name_________ has worked with us from _date of joining_ to _date of leaving_ and was designated as __Position/designation___ at the time of his leaving the organization.
During his above tenure we found him to be regular, honest and diligent in his duties and responsibilities.
This is also to certify that __Name___ holds no liabilities towards the company.
We wish him all success in his future endeavor.
Yours Sincerely,
For,

This is only just one format for experience letters.
I've had a lot of experience with Hr Software, only a few serve better.
Make sure of service features namely 1). Payroll 2). Attendance 3). Certificate Issuance.

vinlen,

Experience certificates should be unique for every company, no company should copy any of others!

I downloaded attendhrm. We are currently using a different software and are very unhappy with it's performance. The payroll it creates is almost useless, three fourth of HR tasks is still being performed manually. We wanted a replace. I'm actually now in the process of evaluating attendHRM, so can't comment on it authoritatively. They posted a lot of videos for help and support which is very commendable because I literally had to ask no one to process the payroll for the first time using attendhrm.Although I couldn't find what you suggested it had, experience certificate issuing. On a quick look through the software I kind of searched everywhere but I couldn't spot any link mentioning Experience certificate or any certificate for that matter. It would have been cool if an option to generate Experience certificates are provided. Please direct me in this case of experience certificate.

Regards.

vinlen,
Our company already has a fixed format for delivering Experience certificates and we can easily prepare a template of experience certificate to upload in the software. So if that facility is there then we can make much use of it. I'm following up on that matter with software. Although we've one dilemma which is how different should we make experience certificate from the certificates that we deliver for apprentice. We currently issue a miniature of the real experience certificate that we issue for the officials here. But we have been receiving frequent requests to add more contents to it so that it'll help them better their job hunt with certificate of experience.
I'll attach the experience certificate with this. I'll be glad if you could pour in some ideas to refine this experience certificate model for apprentice.
Thanks.

Hello,
Are Experience certificate and Recommendation Letter both same? It confuses a lot. I've seen many companies which issue letters that combine both the experience and words of merit about the employee as he leaves.
Also I've heard some software automatically generates certificates including experience certificate, how applicable would it be?

Hi,
Experience certificate formats are very important for employees applying for new careers. If a person has worked in more than one firm, he is suppose to submit experience certificates from all places.
I have gathered some experience certificates formats and I'm attaching it here.

She holds 2 positions in a company. Started as different and then moved to different designation. Just want to know if this format is correct.
We are pleased to write this letter to inform you that the applicant named _____ has been working for us, company_name, in his/her capacity as (Designation1 )for years/ months (from __ to__) and as a (Designation 2) for years/months (from___ to ___).
