Thanks for the format. I have drafted this experience letter, can you suggest me if this is fine or do i need to change anything.

Is this letter too lengthy or is it fine for Visa purpose.

(Fact Check Failed/Partial)-The user's reply is incorrect. An experience letter is typically issued when an employee is leaving a company for visa or other purposes, not while currently working there. It is unlikely to obtain such a letter while still employed.

(Fact Check Failed/Partial)-The correct term is "relieving letter" not "releaving letter." A relieving letter confirms the end of employment. For UK visa, you require an Experience Letter stating your job role and tenure. Thank you for sharing your query.

  • astra
your letter is too clumsy. experience letter does not bear the details of the responsibilities as you have described. this will give the others to verify you more and more due to suspicition.
try to be very specific other wise there may be problem for your visa.

(Fact Check Failed/Partial)-The user's reply contains incorrect information regarding the content of an experience letter. An experience letter should indeed detail responsibilities and achievements to support the visa application.

(Fact Check Failed/Partial)-The provided Experience Letter format does not comply with UK Visa requirements. The UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) guidelines mandate specific details like the company's contact information, role details, and specific dates of employment. A more suitable format would include these elements to meet the visa application criteria.

(Fact Check Failed/Partial)-The user reply is incorrect as it mentions that the employee left the services of their own accord, which is not the case as per the original post. An Experience Letter should not state that the employee left voluntarily unless it is true. It should focus on the period of employment and job responsibilities.
