I need all experienced HR's Support to set up the HR Department for software Development Industry. I am the first HR who has taken this assignment in the organization. The company is changing from "proprietary firm" to "LLP" - would like to know the compliances.

KYC formalities of establishment would be resubmitted , ask your CA to make compliance, as HR does not has access to many documents, viz how the proprietary firm got abolished / closed or merged under llp is known to CA only
if proprietary firm got closed then it is better to obtain a fresh ESI/EPF regn and surrender the older by producing the closure of business documents
