i would like to know if you are the trainer? then i will be in better position to let you know about the fee.. usually a trainer can ask for Rs1000 to Rs 1500 per hour..

Doing a program must be your first reward.
There is no regulation or standardisation for fee.
Best ask yourself how much you deserve and start demanding.
You must know your worth.
If you leave it to others, you may be priced, may not be valued.

Considering that you have 7 years of experience in the training industry, I would suggest you could demand for 350-400 Rs on an hourly basis or 3000 - 3500 for a day's training. These are the rates for Delhi and Mumbai. However; if you will be training on any behavioral module like, team building, time management or stress management don't go for anything less than 5000 Rs for one day's workshop.
If the company is far from your residence, you could even ask for travel allowance.
You could lower the rates if that's a small town. I hope that answers your question.
