Dear All
We have Branches Pan India. We are covered under ESI Scheme and all the branches except one Branch which falls under ESI Non Implemented area.
We have Personal Accident Insurance Policy for all the employees irrespective of their Designation, Salary etc.
1. Should we have to take Employers Liability Insurance policy for the employees working in the Branch at ESI Non Implemented area in addition to Personal Accident Insurance which we already have.
2. Should we need to cover Employees who are out of ESI coverage due to their salary exceeding Rs.15,000/- in the Employers Liability Insurance in addition to Personal Accident Insurance or PA policy is enough.

Accidental insurance policy will not cover workmen compensation clauses and therefore, you have to take separate policy as per Workmen's Compensation Act in respect of employees not covered by ESI
