I am doing a project on labour law practices in IT industry.Can somebody give me some information on best practices and exemptions related to the following laws in IT industry :-
1) Payment of Gratuity Act
2) Maternity Benfit Act
3) U.P. Shops and establishments act
4) Employees Provident Fund & Misc. Provisions Act.

But To add up
* acts like maternity benefit act, pf act,gratuity act are also applicable in IT industry.
Also every thing related to recruitment is also informed to the Employment Exchange(legaly) but which is not followed by many of them.
