Dear Hitika,
Training programmes are not conducted because those type are available in the market but because your organisation needs it. Needs are derived from operations of your organisation.
The reply to your question is quite vast. I can list out 100+ training programmes. To cut short, you go through my interview was published on Times Ascent Online on employee training. Click here <link updated to site home> ( Search On Cite | Search On Google ) to read the interview. The interview will give you idea on how should you proceed.
Thanks,

Hi Hitika,
I somehow feel that training or workshop modules dont work.
The fact being that there is no repeated learning process involved.
I would rather suggest that if you are just looking to groom your staff into a easy and stress free enviroment, then you should opt for worshop modules for half, one or max 2 days.
However if your motive is to engage your employees into a KRA based module where there is a defined process of learning along with acheivements. Then you must go for a productivity beased program which should be at repeated interventions. Having said so, this often results in a measurable result oriented program for companies, whereby a growth of atleast 60% is visible at the organizational and employee level.
And how does this work??? You will have to ask me yourself!!
Positively,

Hi Hitika,
Trainings should not be conducted just for the sake of conducting a training. It involves cost. A training without proper need analysis will fetch you with no results. Further, the management may also lose trust towards training sessions.
If you want to take some initiative to show your visibility or engage employees then just implement FAW(fun at work). Employees would really enjoy it.
Further it would work as stress buster. You can organise games like making tail, one minute game, brainteasers, riddles, or play bingo etc.
As an initiative you can implement Rewards and Recognization in your company. Individual department's best performer would be rewarded monthly by certificate and the appreciation letters would be sent to their residence.
