Hi Seniors! My company is in into end to end solutions of Oracle ERP projects.
We are planning now to hire freshers, give them formal training & then place them in Internal/client's projects.
For this I need to make a Recruitment plan & process as well as need to plan for signing 2 years bond by these freshers (May be some financial bond). Purpose is to lessen the Attrition rate that is high in IT Industry. I am seeking help from expert.
