Dear Seniors, Kindly help me with this issue. Recently we have given our employees payroll for outsourcing ( Contract ), hence as a principal employer no employees were left under our payroll from Jan 19 to June 19. My query is that... Whether i need to file nil returns or i should consider the contract employees for calculating total attendance (men & women) and file the half yearly returns?
