Refer to the security company and the labour company which provide you people. They are responsible for paying the PF and ESIC for their employee.
Doing so could increase your cost for the same hire. BUT please be advised this is a requirement and doing so is good for all involved.

I am it sure exactly what you need.
The topic seems to be what has been discussed repeatedly on the forum.
Just do a search using the re-search button asking for how to compute pf and esic and you will get the discussion threads.
You need to register online for both and the heads are clearly mentioned

Dear,
As usual for all: (Employee Share)
PF has been diducted 12% on Basic Salary but should not exceed Rs.780/-
ESI has beeen diducted 1.75% on Gross Salary but not applicable for those, who are getting more than Rs.15,000/- per month.
My statement may not be clear. For this I have to know, on what basis you have engaged manpower and getting payments.
You can get the exact information, if showing me your Work Order.
