Hi,
I changed my organization in 2016 and had raised a PF transfer request immediately from my prev organization to current, they did not process it fast and asked me to raise it again manually(that was after around 6-8 months). And I raised it again. After taking a lot of time in the EPFO portal it was given as "Amount Settled"(After 1.10 years). The amount is now with the Trust of my current organization against my name, but they have not transferred it to my new PF account, reason being : "IN MY ANNEXURE K THE NEW ACCOUNT NUMBER IS : PY**************12345, 12345 being my Employee ID where it should be my New PF account Number ex: 678124. I raised grievance to the PF office to correct this mistake twice but I received the same Annexure K without any corrections every time. I contacted my PF team in the current organization, they are saying that the EPF department is asking them to send the money back which they've transferred to the trust and only then they will correct it, but my organization team is not agreeing to transfer back from their trust. Hence My PF amount is stuck in the trust itself. Please advice me who is responsible for this and how can I get it resolved at the earliest. Its already been 2+ years now.
PS: Account numbers and Employee ID written here are for example purpose only and not the real numbers.

trust funds are independent, you have to proceed through your previous employer trust to resolve it
