Can anyone help me in knowing how is the market currently for SAP HR Freshers/Trainees and guide me how to get a job in SAP HR or can anyone suggest the things to do so that I can get a job in SAP.
I would really appreciate if anyone can provide any help on the same!

hi Ritesh ,
I have answered this question several times .
For SAP Freshers , the market is kind of tough , as most of the consulting companies are looking for experienced people who have worked on atleast 1-2 implementation projects , also lot of fresher requirements does not come into the market , it gets placed internally or through reference .
There are no easy ways to get a job , as fresher requirements are few .
But these are some of my suggestions
- you could get certified from a Authorized SAP Partner , this is a good starting point .
- you could get trained in the latest technologies currently in the market and try to get a job after that
my observations are SAP e-recruitment , Talent management , Payroll , ESS/MSS are hot
Also Success factors is the latest offering from a cloud perspective , it has lot of potential .
- get in touch with people/consultants working in some of the SAP Consulting companies and push your resume through them .
As you see , there are no shortcuts or assured way of landing a job .
but if you are ready to learn , practice , have patience and resolve you would definitely get a job .
let me know if this helps .
