Could you all please help me out to write a formal mail for the post of Counselor and Trainer with their JD's.I am very new to the recruitment and my company has given me this task to accomplish it by this Friday only.
So please guide me how to do all these process.

Across most areas of counselling, typical work activities include:
1.establishing a relationship of trust and respect with clients;
2.agreeing a counselling contract to determine what will be covered in sessions (including confidentiality issues);
3.encouraging clients to talk about issues they feel they cannot normally share with others;
4.actively listening to client concerns and empathising with their position;
5.accepting without bias the issues raised by clients;
6.helping clients towards a deeper understanding of their concerns;
7.challenging any inconsistencies in what clients say or do;
8.helping clients to make decisions and choices regarding possible ways forward;
9.referring clients to other sources of help, as appropriate;
10.attending supervision and training courses;
11.undertaking personal therapy (mandatory for accreditation);
12.liaising, as necessary, with other agencies and individuals to help make changes based on the issues raised by clients;
13.working to agreed targets in relation to client contact;
14.undertaking group as well as individual therapy on occasions;
15.keeping records and utilising reporting tools

Thank you so much for your suggestion.It is superb,but actually I want a format of notification,means actually I have to write a formal mail to candidates for the openings for these posts and the Job Descriptions should also be described with that mail.
