AIRS certification is a standard in internet recruitment sourcing. This has a big brand value in states and europe; however gaining momentum too in India.
AIRS is an company - now owned by RightThing which is a training organization for sourcing. It also has a lab for innovating new techniques and technologies in internet sourcing. It provides online training and certification for worldwide recruiters. These sourcing techniques and tricks are the things which sets apart from run of a mill recruitment.
I have been trained on these techniques - but do not have the certification (yet to apply). I would love to get associate with them. If you have passion for internet sourcing - go for it.
