Please Begin with Recently Amended Companies (Accounts) Rules 2017 (Rule-8) gazetted on 31st July 2018 whih Makes it Mandatory for the Board of Directors of your Company to incorporate Statement as under:
“ (x) a Statement that the Company has complied with provisions relating to the constitution of Internal Committee under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013.”
Organizations Policies are framed in line with the Mission, Vision and Values the Enterprise or the Entrepreneur Decide to abide by. Get them suffiiently precisely so that thereafter omplying with the Lase of the Land You can Draft the Policies relating to Employment, Remuneration, Rewards & Punishment, Promotion and Transfer, Communiation, Work Culture, Performance Parameter and so on
