My company have a bad habit to deduct employee salary without any valid reason and fire the employees on the just before salary timing to save money. I want to know what kind of action I can take against company because it spoils employee’s career and insulting of work.

They cannot do so. Under payment of wages act read along with shops and establishment act the deductions allowed can only be deducted. So read the act summary in website below.
Also under Punjab Shops and Establishment Act, they cannot remove any employee like this. Read this act summary in website below.
You can file a complaint with your local labor inspector and they will take care for you.

@LABOUR LAW INDEX, Thank you so much for reply. Sir i Just want to know what are Proof list that i need to Submit and show to local labor inspector. Because it become very Serious matter When an IT company make habit to Remove employees after get advantage of Required work than fired him without giving a salary.
And deduct salary on minor minor issues without any warning and without set parameter for employees for deduction. some time they use your own rule according our comfort. i am working in this company more than 1.6 year and witness of many cases of Employee Abuse, Remove Employee without Salary , Unwanted salary deduction .
Above things they put employees into Deep trouble . Pls Help
