I WANT TO KNOW THAT UNDER WHICH ACT MY COMPANIES COMES i.e factory act or shops establishment act etc..

From your question, i presume u r a trading firm, hence would come under the Shops Act.

Yours is not a manufacturing company nor any hospital, hotel, educational institution, railway etc. So the presumption of it being a trading/marketing firm appears to be correct.
