As a part of the HR Skill Enhancement series Quadrangle Consulting is holding a two day program that will skill you to evaluate and apply psychometric tools for your organization via its workshop titled - "Psycho-Matrix".
The objective of the workshop is to enable participants:
- Understand the relevance of psychological testing in YOUR organization for Selection / Development / Potential Assessment …
- Critically evaluate a growing range of commercially available tests of personality, competency
- Map psychometric test parameters to organizational competencies or values
- Read and Interpret & use results from psychometric testing
We have envisioned the workshop sessions to include:
- Understating of Psychological Tests to assess different facets of Competencies ranging from Aptitudes, Development areas, Personality, etc.
- Making a critical evaluation of a growing range of commercially available tests of personality, intelligence, potential attributes and interpersonal skills.
- Application, advantages and disadvantages of popular tools like MBTI, 16PFUI, FIRO-B, DISC etc.
- Practical tool application in selection interviews, employee engagement and team management.

Dates: 18th & 19th July 2007
Venue: The Palms, Town & Country Club, B Block, Sushant Lok, Phase I, Gurgaon
Time: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
