Dear Subhada

1. Please do not feel like inferiority complex that you do not have any HR Qualification. You can gain the knowledge by virtue of experience. Wherever you face problem try to seek help from your seniors in your department. In case they did not respond properly you can do search in Google or seek assistance from this knowledge sharing site CiteHR.

2. Please segregate all the task as easy, medium level and tough ones. Complete all the easy task then and there on the spot. For medium level seek guidance from the appropriate level and finish the task. For tough one you can refer some books or adequate guidance from seniors or from this site.

3. Daily morning spare 5 minutes and make a list of tasks which are to be accomplished in that day. On completion of that task please strike one by one and the unattended tasks can be carried forward for next day task list and give priority to complete those previous days task and add the new list. While packing up for that day please strike the completed task and check once again for any leftouts.

4. Always keep a diary or a note book in which you have to make note of those instructions and assignments given by your superiors and your bosses and keep a track of all the accomplishments. Even you can note down all the challenges you have faced and how you have tackled those issues.

5. Have confidence in you and you can achieve any level if you concentrate on your task with Interest, Involvement and Initiativeness.

Wish you all the best dear.
