Hello Everyone!
I would like to ask HR professionals & other experienced members, for their opinion and advice regarding HR in BPO industry.
I have completed my MBA with HR specialization & the number of openings for freshers in our college our quite limited. Now one of the top BPO has come for hiring HR students.
My question should a fresher go for a BPO?
Is there growth? and
Can we switch from BPO industry to other industry after a few years?
I would request members to please give their valuable feedback..
Thank You

Yes you can join a BPO or any industry when you are a fresher and whenever opportunity knocks your door. However you can change the industry after getting relevant experience at any point of time. And it will help in grooming ones self in diversified experience working with various industries....

Well it doesnt matter which industry ur into ,as long as u have domain knowledge.
As ur going to start ur career, i think working in a BPO will add value to ur resume.
As recruitment profile in BPO industry is much more Competitive as compared to any other industry.
Also have a look into the profile they are putting you into, If its an Employee Relations ,then You cant ask better profile than that , as You will learn a lot from the industry.
All the best
