Dear All,
I was working in a power sector as an HR Officer for Past 05 years and has experience of Managing contractors & Contractors workmen& all the laws related. I was posted at the site office & managed about 20 employees at my site office. However, all other major HR functions viz. R&S, Payroll were handled by the corporate office.
Now I am keenly interested to switch to core HR activities. I have gone through job portals & all corporate/ MNCs, even consultancies are looking for HR executive who have experience in the field of Talent acquisition,payroll, R&S , OM etc. & I'm not in a position to apply to many of them.
So, how can I switch my job to such profiles & make a company hire me?
